Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Maria is an award-winning healthcare leader and advocate recognized for creating bold, inclusive spaces in medicine. As President of the Alberta Liaison for HPV Global Action, she works to advance gender equality and equitable access to care. Her dedication to this mission earned her the Governor General’s Award in Commemoration of the Persons Case.
At WeDoSkin, Maria leads with a clear vision: to dismantle stigma in sexual and aesthetic health and to build a clinic grounded in compassion, evidence, and equity.
Julia Biro
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Julia is an entrepreneur and aesthetics professional with a deep passion for skin health and wellness. Her journey into the world of aesthetics was inspired by her own struggles with skin. Over time, she recognized a growing need for accessible, expert-backed skincare outside of the traditional clinic setting. For many, getting help meant costly appointments, pressure to commit to treatments, and uncertainty about where to even begin.
Julia set out to create something different, a space where people could access trusted skincare and intimate wellness solutions with expert support, in an environment that feels welcoming, empowering, and free of judgment.
Claudia Ontiveros Gil
Laser Technician & Aesthetician
Claudia is a certified Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician specializing in chemical peels and laser hair removal. Inspired by her own skincare journey, she understands how skin concerns affect confidence and is dedicated to delivering gentle, results-driven treatments. Fluent in English and Spanish, Claudia welcomes all clients to a safe, inclusive space.
Adrian Rodruguez
Registered Nurse Injector & Sexual Wellness Specialist
As a Registered Nurse specializing in Men’s Sexual Health, Adrian Rodriguez is passionate about empowering men both young and mature to fully enjoy their sexual health and confidence. His expertise is built on a strong academic and clinical foundation, combining degrees in Nursing, Molecular Biology & Genetics, and Applied Biotechnology with hands-on experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Nursing.
Adrian trained directly under one of Canada’s leading physicians in men’s sexual medicine, earning advanced certification in P-Shot and Penile/Scrotal Neuromodulator Treatments. Dedicated to helping men feel confident both in and out of the bedroom, Adrian provides a supportive, professional environment focused on optimizing sexual health and overall well-being.
Julie Munch
MSc.OT Sex Health Consultant
Julie Munch is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Sex Health Consultant specializing in sexual wellness and intimacy care. At WeDoSkin Clinic, she offers compassionate, evidence-based support to help individuals and couples navigate challenges such as menopause symptoms, erectile dysfunction, changes in sensation, and decreased desire.
Julie also provides counselling for intimacy and connection, creating a safe, judgment-free space for clients to explore and improve their sexual well-being. Her holistic approach focuses on restoring confidence, enhancing pleasure, and helping patients build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
