What To Expect & Follow Up

Each sex therapy session lasts approximately 60 minutes and takes place in a confidential, judgement-free environment where you can explore concerns at your own pace.

Your first session includes an intake discussion to understand your history, experiences, and goals. From there, your therapist will create a personalized plan that includes practical strategies, exercises, and guided discussions. Ongoing sessions focus on progress, reflection, and adapting techniques as needed to support lasting results.

Between sessions, we encourage you to practice the tools and techniques discussed, and if applicable, maintain open communication with your partner. Be patient and consistent meaningful improvement develops over time and continued effort.

Follow-up sessions may be recommended to reinforce progress and sustain results. If any concerns or questions arise between visits, your therapist is always available to provide guidance and support.
